About Me
I'm a Senior Product Designer with 7+ years of experience, most recently spending five years at PayPal. There I worked on everything from redesigning the core Home experience to new user onboarding and growth initiatives that generated $200M in customer lifetime value. The scale was wild: coordinating across 12+ product teams while shipping features to millions of users.
Before PayPal, I was at Panorama Education designing tools for 2,000+ school districts. The work had two sides: client-facing software that helps teachers identify struggling students, and an internal framework that cut district onboarding from six months to two weeks.
I like problems that go beyond individual screens. The kind where you're orchestrating systems, aligning teams, designing for different user types all at once.
I'm bilingual (English and Spanish) and use whatever tools actually move things forward: AI for design explorations and reframing problems, building prototypes that ship as code, automating the operational stuff.
